  • Green tea
    Green tea is used in the prevention of hair loss due to its production of androgen and other hormones. Necessarily for hair growth.
  • Walnuts
    Walnut have omega 6 fatty acids which are primarily produced in the body for the purpose of promoting cell growth. I also contain Elastin which makes the hair supple and stops it from breaking.
  • Spinach
    Spinach is very rich in Iron. It an excellent food for prevention of hair loss. When there is no supply of nutrient to the hair follicle which is due to the deficiency of iron.  Eating spinach will provide the hair with the necessary iron and also vitamin E and Vitamin B6. Vitamin C helps in iron absorption in the body.
  • Egg
    The egg is an excellent source of Protein which is responsible for the strong hair and its deficiency leads to the breakage of hair. Egg also consist iron, sulfur, and vitamins which are also good for the growth of hair.
  • Sweet Potatoes
    Eating of sweet potatoes is very good for the hair. Sweet potatoes are super packed with the nutrient that helps hair growth and also prevents hair loss. It protects against dry and dull hair due to the presence of Beta-carotene.
  • Carrots
    Deficiency of vitamins A is responsible for the thinning and hair loss. Carrot contains beta-carotene which promotes healthy hair due to its antioxidant properties. Carrot is known to add thickness to hair and accelerate the growth of hair.
